Vancouver, British Columbia, May 5, 2025 – Harrys Manufacturing Inc. (CSE: HARY) (the

Understanding previously entered into with the We Wai Kai First Nation of British Columbia. The
Company is grateful for the consideration extended by the We Wai Kai First Nation as we explored this
process, and we remain hopeful that our paths may cross again in the future.
