Vancouver, British Columbia – November 18, 2019 – Harrys Manufacturing Inc. (CSE:HARY, OTCQB:WSRRF) (“Harrys” or the “Company”) announces that, subject to approval of the Canadian Securities Exchange, is amending the exercise price and term of an aggregate of 11,244,737 common share purchase warrants (the “Warrants”), issued in connection with the non-brokered private placements that closed on December 4, 2017, December 19, 2017 and January 12, 2018 (the “Offerings”). The exercise price of the Warrants is being re-priced to $0.39 from $0.50 and the term is being extended to January 12, 2021. Finder’s Warrants issued in connection with the Offerings are not eligible for amendment. All other terms of the Warrants shall remain the same.
